Returns and exchanges: 

We are happy to accept your return within 7 business days of receiving your package, however we do NOT issue refunds. We do issue an online credit.

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM:

To be eligible for credit back , your item must be in its original unused condition, unless there is a manufacturer defect. Sareka on saddle must receive your return no longer then 7 days from when you received your package. [ You may want to return it in a trackable way. We are not responsible for any lost packages.]

STEP 1: Send us an email for a return authorization code. [Add in the subject line return and your order number]

STEP 2: Write the reason for your return [ex: not the correct size]

STEP 3: Wait for your return to get approved.

STEP 4: Please print the email and write your order number on the slip.

Once we have received your return, We will send you an email with a code that you may use when checking out.
